Please allow yourself enough time to arrive for your appointment. We operate a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, unfortunately we may not be able to carry out your appointment, as this can affect other customers booked after you.

In this situation, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and the full balance will still be payable.
